I love being at Peabody. This is a great place to be. I feel blessed when I get up in the morning and am excited about going to school (notice I didn't say work)! This is my eighth year teaching after taking time off to raise a daughter. I grew up in Boulder and taught there for 8 1/2 years. In my free time I like quilting, reading and spending time with my husband.  My daughter Jessica and and her husband Cory are the proud parents of Jacy, who is a very busy two year old.  I joined my husband as her primary care giver over the summer months.  I was often quoted as saying "I need to go back to school for a rest" during the summer break.  I traded bonbons for fish crackers, exercise for stroller rides and reading for board books. Jacy takes up all my extra time and I  throughly enjoy being with her.  Grandkids and first/second graders rule!
